SERVO FLOW WRAPPERE
Ectronical wrapping machine designed to meet the growing demand for rapid size change-overs, simple use and extremely easy maintenance.Compact structure for minimum dimensions and maximum loading space. Suitable for manual, semi automatic and automatic loaders. Speed up to 250 packs per minute for cold seal operations.
MULTIPACK FEEDING SYSTEM
The system consists fully synchronized group of conveyors, each unit does different function for particular purpose. This system is mostly used to feed the horizontal flowpack machines where as the number of the wafer rows are seperated and forced onto the infeed conveyor of the packaging machine together. The respective first wafer row (for double row discharge, the first two wafer rows) is discharged at right angles whereas the following rows are halted. Cut wafer rows are then feed to the packing machines in single or double rows to the left or right or to the left and right.
PACKAGING DETAILS
Suitable heat-sealable films such as paper or aluminium laminations, OPP, BOPP cellophane with ready stick sides and cold sealable films of same quality. It is the machine that feeds to packaging the required number of wafer horizontally and in layers
This machine's packing capacity is approximately 150-250 Pac/min.The capacity is dependent on used wrapping material
type and stick type (hot or cold) and also sizes of product been packaged. From 40-80 gr. to 1 kg. can be packaged on this
Model without any other additional parts added.
