SUPERDRY - EAR-CLEANING, COSMETİC, MEDICAL AND INDUSTRIAL SWABS MANUFACTURING MACHINE WITH UPGRADED DRYING SYSTEM (CF3)
Fully automatic machine for manufacturing and intensive drying of cotton or synthetic fibre double-tipped ear-cleaning, cosmetic and industrial swabs or single-tipped medical applicators. The maximum performance is about 3.000 swabs per minute. The actual performance depends on the type and sizes of swab and packaging.
Features
•Sturdy frame and body made up of epoxy painted steel sheet and anodized aluminium elements.
•Stick feeder for 10 cardboard boxes.
•Non-stop feeder of cotton or synthetic sliver with double photo-electrical break control sensors.
•Non-stop cleaning by vacuum system performed by the cotton or the synthetic fibre sliver feeding unit.
•Cotton or synthetic fibre head rolling up and forming unit – 384 code Two peristaltic pumps for measuring out the fixing solution (binder).
•Infrared drying system for very low moisture in swabs.
•Transfer unit by chain from the cotton or synthetic fibre winding area to the end-product picking-up area.
•SINGLE format for picking-up, transferring and dropping swabs provided with single head comb sucker, gear and placer for layers of 25 swabs.
•Standard spare parts assortment and tool kit.
For a complete operational unit, the price of the tip fusing unit or, in alternative, of the gluing unit is to be added.

Fully automatic machine for packaging cotton or synthetic fibre double-tipped ear-cleaning, cosmetic and industrial swabs into plastic or cardboard cylindrical boxes with separate lid. The machine can also pack single-tipped medical applicators in semi-automatic condition. The maximum performance is about 24 boxes per minute. The actual performance depends on the packaging type and sizes.

The maximum performance is about 18 boxes per minute. The actual performance depends on the packaging sizes.
