This machine is built to make shopping bags or food bags with paper rolls, paper can be pre-printed. Machine is equipped with a photocell device. This machine features a continuous function of automatic paper feeding, gluing, creasing, bottom-sticking and bag forming at a stroke. This is ideal equipment for making paper bag for shopping, loading foods, sugar, flour and so on.
PRINTING SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
It is an integrated system enabling to make printing with intrinsic accuracy and it is fairly easy to use.
Paint and screening rollers have independently driving motor system.
Viscosity of the ink in the reservoir is measured and then, fixed with the motor system, it ensures the printing to go in the same color intensity, there is no difference in color toning.
When the machine stops, it has an automatic pneumatic separator system separating the cliché rollers from the screening roller and the paper. This system prevents moistening the paper and breaking the paper.
On and off buttons ensure high control on the side covers of the machine and PLC screen.
