The Automatic Paper-Cup Machine is the most suitable when you need to relea- se on the moving around the trays and the cup-paper placing. Fast and efficient machine for placing trays and dispensing paper-cups, moulds or others containers on the trays, being ready to make the filling process. With chain conveyor system wich is adapted all kind of trays. Easy magazine loading without interrupting production. It is usual for this machine to be connected in a production line with a Muffins Filling Ma- chine or a Cake Filling Machine. The machine are sturdy and being built to work 24 hours. It needs no maintenance (no greasing). To make easy the machine transport they have wheels. Made of AISI304 stainless steel and suitable for processing food products materials.
The HMI interface incorporated in the machine supervise all the movements as:
— Tray feed, cups dispensing and output.
— Electronic control to detect the tray, when the tray reaches the
end of the conveyor, the machine stops until the tray is removed.
If the machine is connected to a Filling Machine or other, a single interface will control all functions of the filling and capping process.
