All the automatica models are equipped of 5,7” colored touch screen panel which allows to work in three modes: manual/semiautomatic/automatic. In this way the machine’s programming becomes easy and intuitive for the operator. It is possible to register 50 recipes with different production cycles. CTAR, the croissant machine for both filled and plain, the evolution which satisfies the fantasy of each baker through a wide range of fillings as cream, jam, almond or nut paste, solid fillings as chocolate bars, wurstel, cheese, ham or salame in slice, and even particular solutions for double filling. The rolling of the triangles is soft and sensitive in order to guarantee the quality that distinguishes the product of each confectioner
