There are 2 printing units on the drum.
Cliche cylinders are equipped with needle bearings. 7.5 mm overlapping, 10 mm can be set to the right left print setting.
Pressure is released by opening hydraulic pistons.
Anilox cylinders are engraved with steel-coated laser. Anilox depths and numbers should be adjusted according to the types of printing.
- Paint stripping process is performed with Dr Blad Blade system. The system is pneumatically pressurized to peel off.
- Circulation pumps are available for all color groups.
- Force setting groups can be operated from a single point and can operate in quick mode with air guns.
- Plate rollers are specially ground. It works with 1,14 or 1,70 mm (2,75 modules) and helical gear according to the plate. Module and plate thickness settings can be made upon request.
- When the machine is stopped, the steel aniloxes are rotated by means of gearmotors after printing. These operations can be done in automatic or manual mode.
- The sleeves of the color groups are made of special materials. These are special ink resistant coatings. In addition, the machine is painted with ink and solvent-resistant paint and is suitable for disassembly with ethyl acetate.
