1.1) JELLY CANDY INJECTION & MOULDING SECTION
Our machine line has been equipped with suitable servo motors to be able to produce candies continuously and fully automatically. Raw Material Injection Process is performed by MITSUBISHI SERVO MOTOR SYSTEM. Forward and Backward Motion of the Injection Unit is performed by a SERVO MOTOR SYSTEM. Injection System has ability to make center filled candies in different weights & colours as desired.
Injection Capacity could be upto 60 moulds per minute, depending on raw material and mould shape and mould volume.

1.2) SUGAR COATING DRUM
Sugar is transferred from the sugar collecting container into the sugar feeding container via a Helix Conveyor automatically and continuously. All candy products after demoulding process are transferred into Coating Drum for coating with crystal sugar.

1.4) PECTIN SOLUTION PREPARATION TANK (PPT) - MODEL: PPT-450
Pectin is the base material for producing jelly candies, and can be used in a calculated-ratio of pectin & water approximately with 1/15 , but depending on the specifications of pectin used in production. The process tank is completely made of SS 304 material, with 2 walls. The PPT is heated by circulating steam inside the tank. Temperature and Mixing-Speed can be controlled from the ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL on the PPT.
Pectin Feeding Hopper has a helix (screw) type feeder. There are 2 sets of manual OPEN/CLOSE VALVES (made of CrNi material – DN 60) at the INLET and the OUTLET of the PUMP.
The PPT has a high-speed stirrer with a speed-drive, so that you can adjust the speed accordingly with your raw material and water temperature inside the process tank. Water amount can be filled into the PPT as adjusted automatically, accordingly with the formulation. The stirrer wing-level can be adjusted manually as desired to generate mixing-turbulance inside the process tank. Top-lid has a seal-ring and a lock mechanism on it. All the accessories are designed as being Easy-to-Operate and Easy-to-Clean.

1.5) PRODUCT PREPARATION (CANDY FORMULATION) TANK:
Product recipe (consisting of sugar, glucose and pectin-solution) is formulated in this tank. The process tank is completely made of SS 304 material, with 3 walls: Inner Wall, Middle-Wall (to keep hot water inside the jacketed partition between the inner wall and the middle wall for heating the tank homogeneously), Outer Wall (to keep insulation material safely, to save more heating energy).
All the processes are controlled by the PLC with touch-screen. It has an automatic weighing system, which measures all the raw material accordingly with the formulation as the data entered into the PLC. The weighing system has load cells.
The PLC control all functions as: Raw Material (sugar, glucose, pectin-solution) Weighing Processes, Product Temperature, Stirrer Control, Time Control, Pump Operational Control.
Product Preparation Process can be effectuated around at 80 oC , and heating energy is provided through a steam generating system. The stirrer inside the tank has a fixed-speed, which is 60 RPM approximately.

1.6) STOCK TANK
It is used to keep semi-finished-product at desired temperature, which is around at 80 oC. The stock tank is completely made of SS 304 material, with 3 walls: Inner Wall, Middle-Wall (to keep hot water inside the jacketed partition between the inner wall and the middle wall for heating the tank homogeneously), Outer Wall (to keep insulation material safely, to save more heating energy).
The stirrer inside the tank has a fixed-speed, which is 60 RPM approximately. It has a Product Transfer Pump with a speed-drive unit. Temperature of the tank, operations of the pump and the stirrer are controlled from the electrical panel. There is a serpentine system, which is installed at the bottom of the tank to heat water inside the tank.

1.7) PRODUCT MATURING TANK
It is used to stock finished-products in liquid form at desired temperature, which is around at 90 oC.
The stock tank is completely made of SS 304 material, with 3 walls: Inner Wall, Middle-Wall (to keep hot water inside the jacketed partition between the inner wall and the middle wall for heating the tank homogeneously), Outer Wall (to keep insulation material safely, to save more heating energy).
There is a serpentine type heating system, which is installed at the bottom of the tank to heat water inside the tank. There is 1 set of manual OPEN/CLOSE VALVE (made of CrNi material – DN 60) at the INLET of the pump. and 1 set of manual DISCHARGE VALVE (made of CrNi material – DN 60) at the OUTLET of the pump. Temperature of the tank and operation of the pump are controlled from the electrical panel. Steam is supplied from the steam outlet of the JELLY-CANDY CONTINUOUS COOKING UNIT.

1.8) JELLY-CANDY CONTINUOUS COOKING UNIT:
The cooking process is achived by a Heat-Exchange-Radiator-System. It has an effective heat-transfer ability to provide a continuos cooking process with a stable temperature. Heating Energy is supplied through a steam line.
Product inlet & outlet pump-motors have speed-drives, which enable to control product input & output manually as desired. Cooking temperature can be adjusted accordingly with product specifications manually.
Vacuum Evaporator System is used for increasing BRIX-SCALE level, by evaporating water inside the product. There is a spray mechanism inside the process tank which has a heating jacket. The heat is supplied from a steam generating line. Temperature of the process tank can be adjusted manually.
