OZ7000 is a PLC controlled full automatic sachet packing machine, designed for producing 3 or 4 sided packages. Machine’s filling system is manufactured as volumetric, screwed and liquid dosing system; according to the products that will be packed. The machine can pack spices, sauces, instant soup, pudding, tea, sugar, coffee, coffee cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, baking powder, vanilla powder, dry yeast, shampoo etc.
 
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS AND CONSTRUCTION:
The machine’s base frame has been made of stainless steel.
All the surfaces in touch with the product are made from stainless steel.
Other parts are made of aluminum.
Closing design for easy and full cleaning.
Excessive load resistant base frame system with cart stand for easy setup.

Safety contact and the transparent protective cap is covered with plexy and it has a safety switch.
