The TY-150 is a high speed complete machine line for the automatic flwopacking, cartooning and overwrapping of molasses tobacco. The TY-150 has a production speed of 100 flowpack per minute, with different weight and pack/bundle handling capacity The line is compased of;  A flowpack machine to dose molasses portions, form and weigh the flowpack A cartoner to pack flowpacks into pre-Glued carton boxes Awrapper/ boxer/ overwrapper to form display cartons and overwrap them with polyproyene film The molasses line- thanks to its overall reduced layout can ben easly installed in any factory area, the layout is designed to offer maximum accessibility for daily operation, cleaning and maintenance on the entire line

PACKAGING DETAILS
An ideal machine for over wrapping Big size boxes as single box or Multi-pack wrapping. The machine can be fed either manually or automatically from a production line. BX-Z15  Machines have Full Automatic OPP Length adjustment features via Servo Motor, PLC & 7 " Touch Screen System. This machine is normally used by for big size boxes or for clinets who have many different boxes. Machine is very user friendky with easy & short change over from box to another. Tear Tape applicator and Date Printer device are available on this machine upon request
Suitable heat-sealable films such as paper or aluminium laminations, OPP, BOPP cellophane with ready stick sides and cold sealable films of same quality.
This machine's packing capacity is approximately 30-60 pac/min.The capacity is dependent on used wrapping material type and stick type sizes of product been packaged
