Rubber Shaft Unit: There is one Rubber Shaft Unit (European Origin) with servo motor control.
Photocell Group: Packet's lenght and photocell with servo motor control. There is a contrast sensor, SICK from Germany
The chin system is double chin which has a adjustable angle blades.
Single bobbin head is fitted with a extra bearing with a total of 2 bearings to stop any flexing from loading.
Machine has got 4 servo motors , which are at Conveyor Group(1) , Sewing Group(1), Chin Group(1), Rubber Shaft
Group(1).
The Automatic Feeding system consist 5 belts (four belts (4 Servo) and one positioner system (Connected to Conveyor Group
Mechanicaly)

The sewing group has quad (Puller, Pre-Heater, Heater and Barcode) roller press adjustable.

Product sensor prevents an empty packages while machine is operating.
The machine is running,torque control allows the chin avoid pressing on the product.
Machine have product counter.Thanks to the counter showing the amount of product, specified quantity of production is
reached, the machine automatically stops production.
