Chin Group: Moving to left-right side is with servo motor and ballscrew system. Moving to up-down side is with pneumatic
system. System to pour out of air in packet and system to put in overplus of lateral wrapping are pneumatic. System to
scarp of packet as lenght is pneumatic. When Chin group cover part is opened, main machine automatically stop owing to
sensor for security. The chin group is with housing German made linear guide car at up and down side as a double.
Sewing Group: Sewing Group has got pneumatic system : When the machine stop , the heater roller is automatically
seperating its partner roller for not to melt wrapping materials because of heat. When start machine again, The rollers
combine automatically.There are 4 roller group (Puller,Pre-Heater,Heater,Barcode)
Control Panel: The machine has got a digital control panel, touch screen , from Italy. There is a specification saving
memory at B&R PC Motion Control System's motion processor card until 120 programs. These programs include Customer's
product data and when load , automatically setting up machine going by recorded product data for packaging.
Folding Box Unit: ORSE produce 3 different folding boxes which are designed according to Customer's needs.Any more
than 3 designs will be at customers cost.
Photocell Group: Packet's lenght and photocell with servo motor control. There is a contrast sensor, SICK from Germany
Sticker Unit: There is one sticker unit with servo motor control. There is a label sensor , which reliably senses the difference
between materials of extremely low visual contrast , including clear labels on clear or opaque backing. The rubber shafts at
sticker unit can be opened and closed owing to pneumatic system for easily position of sticker spool
Punch Unit: There is one Punch Unit with servo motor control. The Punch Unit is worked with flexible die.
Conveyor Group: There is Conveyor Group with servo motor control. The Pushers which at conveyor group can be easily
changed on chain. There is a sensor, SICK from Germany, at conveyor group which control whether product for not be
produced empty pack. When the product sensor does not detect product, table and chin group stops but conveyor group
continue while product sensor detect the product.When the product detected by sensor, table and chin group starts to work
Spool Group: Spool group can be regulated comfortably and easily There is one head. Spool shaft has got a double bearing
for heavy spool. There is standard brake system which can be setup tension.
Machine has got 5 servo motors, which are at Conveyor Group(1) , Sewing Group(1), Punch Unit(1), Sticker Unit(1), and
Chin Group(1).
Motion control software on the control panel and all labels on its are in English or Turkish.
All pneumatic parts are FESTO – Germany.
The Packet length dimension can be set to continously variable any dimension with servo control between the minimum and
maximum value.
The automatic packaging settings can be done with on touch screen control panel.
The chin speed can be set to continously variable any speed between the min. and max.value, while machine is operating.
Machine have product counter.Thanks to the counter showing the amount of product, specified quantity of production is
reached, the machine automatically stops production.
