They are high performance automatic capping machines to capping packaging with screws without problem. The machine is PLC automated and equipped with a linear conveyor. The caps are placed on the packaging manually or automatically. The machine is equipped according to the capping system. The machine performance varies depending on the capping heads, packaging to be capped and cap form. Especially facilities which have a flexible production schedule with low capacity or deal with many types of packaging/caps show a high performance with simple torque setting and without adjusting bottle star set and cap feed unit.
