1.Induction is known for the last 40 years.Its main purpose is to provide the air tight sealing between plastic bottles and screw caps.It is used for madicines,camicals, weed control sunstances,dairy products, mayonnaisse, ketchup, sauces,cofee, tea, cocoa, hot chocholate,food oils, fruit juices,water, spices, motor oils, can engine additives, cleaning materials,etc.
2.The lids are provideed with the induction innerseals.
The bottle filling and sealing are performed on the existing production line.As the bottles go undser the induction head,the aluminum foil in the cap is heated by the strong electromagnetic field to 170 – 190 C degrees without contact.As a result of the temperature and pressure, existing as the caps are screwed on,the IHS foil get sealed to the bottles.
3. The materials, used in de liner depend on the material of the bottles as the product being sealed.The most commen wads are made up of three layers-paper or polymer,aluminum foil and thermoseable layer.
