SM03-9-2 Bottomless 4-Color Printing Lamination – Coil to Coil Printing All in One Carrier Paper Bag Machine: It consists of 5 main parts which are Coil Warping Mechanism, Flexo Printing Group and Wrapping Group, Lamination unit, Wrapping Group, Folding and Blowing Group mould, folding and bonding unit; and is capable of operating many multifunctional processes independently or simultaneously.
Coil warping mechanism is a block unit with cellophane coil for one window, back starch unit on upper part, color adjustment system connecting the bag and press at the bag section entry and paper transmission rolls.
Flexo Printing Group and Wrapping Group perform 1-2-3 and 4 color water-based or analin dye press. At the time of printing, color adjustment block rolling cylinder can move to the left and right, press can move to up and down, complete flexo printing machine can move to the left and right without stopping the printing, and it can also operate independently with Roll to roll feature. It is a block unit consisting of 2 main coils, 1 air shaft, and coiling reel.
Lamination unit: Machine wraps 2 papers by laminating (bonding) from coil to coil. Machine can work with cold glue, and the coiling coils between two rolling cylinders. The machine has an adjustable-speed motor, and is mounted to controlled Printing machine. (This unit is optional)
There is bag machine in front of this section. Bag folding rods and wheels, ironing parts, mould, automatic adjustable side blower apparatus, Servo-controlled bottom adjustment, carrier lower rubber rolling cylinder, towing steel and rubber wheel on it and bands in front of it, 6-station drum under the bands and drum clips on it and paper breakers are available, respectively. There is a collecting platform in the front part of the drum and sliding item resting unit in the middle of it.
Our machine is capable of producing 240 bags per minute. The weight of paper which may be used in the production can vary between 35-90 gr. Paper printing surface is maximum 79 cm, and the bag size can be in different combinations between 70-300 mm width and 150-580 mm length.
