DOUGH KNEADING PLANET MACHINE (SM300)
According to the dough specification of cake, it is manufactured in double rotation with 20 Hp motor. Mixing impeller are made of from CrNi 304 stainless steel material and body is coated with CrNi AISI 304. Supporting bodies are made of cast iron. Dough basin can be tumbled over with hydraulic system, so dough can be  discharged easily to the to the dough discharge tank. Mixing period and machine equipment are controlled by P.L.C control.

The Automatic Paper-Cup Machine is the most suitable when you need to relea- se on the moving around the trays and the cup-paper placing. With chain conveyor system wich is adapted all kind of trays. Easy magazine loading without interrupting production. The Cup-Cakes & Muffins Filling Machines are the most suitables to fill soft or semi-soft doughs, like cup-cakes, wich con- tain solids like: raisins, chocolate pieces, almonds, lemon, rice, pine kernels, etc. with about 15 mm diameter.
The volumetric dosage of the product is exact, not being roller ensures the same dose in all nozzles. Mechanical control of do- sing allows very accurate weight regulation. This dosing system allows us to work with a wide range of viscosities.
The machine are sturdy and being built to work 24 hours. It needs no maintenance (no greasing). Thanks its new ligther chassis, the cleaning works are faster. CAKE BAKING OVEN (SF12-30)
Cake baking oven with 12000 mm band width and 30 mt length with 3 burning chambers. Outside width of oven is 3000 mm. Oven is thermo-cycle type with canals and baking height is 250 mm. Gas distribution canals are made of CrNi material. Burning and baking chambers are controlled with P.L.C systems. Natural gas burner will be used in oven. All the frames are made of AISI 304 and power consumption is 4 kW with  gearbox group. Wire band conveying system will be used and rollers will be designed according to this. Wire band will be tensioned by weighting system.

AUTOMATIC INJECTOR (SIA40)
The automatic injector are the most suitables to inject bakery pieces, quickly and easy. The computer incorporated in the machine supervises all the movements, checking correct functioning, as the tray feed, dosage/injected positioning and output.  If there is no paper, or tray is not collected at the end, the machine stops, sounds a warning and displays the reason for the stop on the control screen.

WASHING and DRYING UNIT ** (SRS-Y80)
The unit consists of two unit; Washing and Drying;İt provides to wash and clean the cake pans automatically  after cooked the pans.The pan washing and drying unit is made of AISI 304 CrNi stainless steel.The cake pans are washed by nozzles which are placed in the top and down. İn The last part the cake pans are dried.The dirty water in the washing part is circulated in the system by cleaning with holed Wheel.The circulation of water is supported by the pump 15 kw. The needed water for the system is provided by the pump 2.2 kw from the general system.İn the drying section, cak pans are dried by 3 aspirator. Each aspirator has 5.5 kw power.The cake pans are carried by chains which transfered gear-box.
