PRODUCT FEEDING AND CONFIGURATION CONVEYOR
System Description:
Product feeding and configuration conveyor on the system is designed to make the products received from the production line suitable for the arrangement inside the box. System operates full-automatically to feed the products received from the production line according to the pre-saved product formula to the in-box product arrangement system in groups of desired form and quantities at each row. Grouped products are sent to the robot system in sequence communicating with the robot.
System Features:
-  Size Setting: Size setting is manually made for different sized products on the system. Size setting systems are provided with buttress screw driven roller bearings moving on the induction pin to shorten the size changing times and ensure ease of movement. 

-  Control: System control is automatically made by the product placement robot. After the production begins, product and configuration control is made through the sensors on the system, and the operation control is provided in line with the signals received from the robot. System operates full-automatically. 

-  Action Mechanisms: Product carriage conveyor belts on the system are used as MODULAR PLASTIC BELT according to the product carried and they are motor-driven. Belt friction lower slides are made of ALPOLEN 1000 material. Conveyor chassis is stainless steel. Product configuration systems on the conveyor are piston and servo motor-driven, and makes configuration of the products received from production line according to the pre-recorded product formula. 

-  Security Mechanisms: Security doors are used on the system to prevent the injuries during the operation. Security doors are transparent to see inside the machine easily and follow the operation, and made of flexible materials to prevent breaking and injuries. When the security doors are opened during the operation, key switches on the doors are opened and the operation circuit is broken and the system automatically stops. Besides, there are emergency stop buttons on the system which can be easily accessed from everywhere. 

 
TKP-200 BOX PRODUCT PLACEMENT ROBOT SYSTEM 
Box product placement robot mechanism on the system ensures that the products received in groups from the product feeding and configuration conveyor are placed in the box. System grasps the products received in groups through the feeding conveyor in single row thanks to precise and specially designed vacuum – ventouse – gripper holder system , and places inside the boxes received from box preparation system as ready and fixed. System is equipped with special mechanical control mechanisms to prevent the problems such as tripping, tearing or product fall.
System Features:
Size Setting: System automatically makes axis, piston, holder system settings with the signals received from PLC according to the pre-recorded formula for different sized products on the system. Conveyor and width size setting is manually made; and systems are provided with buttress screw driven roller bearings moving on the induction pin to shorten the size changing times and ensure ease of movement.
Control: System is controlled through LCD screen on the operator panel. Machine start and stop, manual – semi-automatic – full-automatic operation options, production report, product formula control and entry, failure messages, time, date and other settings are made on LCD screen and the system operation can be monitored on the screen. System operation is PLC-controlled. After the system starts to operate, it performs box, product, configuration and other controls through the sensors on the system and operates full-automatically. 

-  Action Mechanisms: System performs the actions of product seizure and placement on the pan with 2 linear sliding rails driven by servo motor. Linear sliding rails on the system ensures constant and faster movement of the system while reducing maintenance time and maintenance cost. Besides, servo motors used ensure the products are carried and placed at the same rate and with the same precision. System makes automatic axis setting according to the pre-entered product formula thanks to its servo technology, and this shortens the product replacement time. 

-  Product Seizure Mechanism: Products received in groups through box configuration system are seized by vacuum ventouse supported gripper groups prepared specially for the product thanks to the piston drive system. Springy and product-specific designs of the gripper groups used on the system ensure easy seizure of the products without damaging the product and box. 

Product and Box Control Mechanisms: System performs production monitoring against any error which may occur during product seizure, carriage and placement thanks to its sensors and control mechanisms. Thus, it automatically performs all necessary actions such as system monitoring and warning in case there is missing product placement inside the box or there is no box.
- Box Upper Cover Opening Mechanism: The system which is designed to prevent impact, product fall or tearing problems which may occur due to covers and cut of the boxes with open upper covers and in vertical position is specially prepared according to box size and groups. Mould systems prepared ensure the products are securely and serially placed inside the boxes thanks to Teflon-based slippery plastic guide plates. Servo-motor driven system automatically operates with the signals sent by the sensors and the robot.

Control Panel Features:
- Product Formula Control: It is possible to enter the product formula list which will be processed through the operator panel. Thus, product formula and placement forms for each product are controlled.
- Production follow-up: Production quantities, operation time, performance values, failure and position reports can be monitored through the operator panel.
- Operation Control: Manual – semi-automatic – full-automatic operation control of each mechanism working on the general packaging line can be performed on the operator panel.
- Speed Settings: It is possible to make speed controls and speed changes for the system operation to the extent permitted through the operator panel.
- Product and Box Follow-up: System gives audible and visual warnings for the situations such as missing products and/or failure to receive box. (If required, backup box and product feeding systems may be added on the robot. Thus, uninterrupted operation is ensured. )
 
TKH-40-M-L AUTOMATIC BOX PREPARATION MACHINE
System Description:
Box preparation mechanism on the system ensures that the boxes placed in box magazine chamber are automatically seized with vacuum-ventouse group and opened. Boxes seized and opened with vacuum-ventouse group then proceed on the system and pass through lower cover closing and lower cover banding mechanisms. Boxes which pass through these mechanisms are ready for product placement as formed, with closed lower covers and banded lower parts, with open upper covers. Boxes ready for product placement are sent to automatic product placement robot part to place the products.
System Features:
- Box Size Setting: Size setting is manually made for different sized boxes on the system. Size setting systems are provided with buttress screw driven roller bearings moving on the induction pin to shorten the size changing times and ensure ease of movement.
- Control: System is controlled through LCD screen on the operator panel. Machine start and stop, manual – semi-automatic (single box preparation) – full-automatic operation options, production report, failure messages, time, date and other settings are made on LCD screen and the system operation can be monitored on the screen. System operation is PLC-controlled.
- Action Mechanisms: System performs box seizure and pushing actions with 2 piston-driven cranks. Linear slide and movement systems on the system ensure that mechanical actions are faster and more stable.
Box Seizure Mechanism: Boxes placed in box magazine are seized by springy ventouse groups thanks to vacuum generated by vacuum generators. Springy designs of ventouse groups used on the system are designed to eliminate the thickness differences, hardness changes and other faults which may occur due to box production. Thus, system operation continues constantly and smoothly.
- Box Banding Mechanism: There is a banding dispenser on the system which allows the use of box sealing tape roll with maximum 50mm band width and 420mm outer diameter as standard. Box sealing tape roll on the banding dispenser opens properly during the box transmission and bands the lower covers of the box. There are systems on the band dispenser allowing to apply desired size of band on the side parts of the box and to adjust the box sealing tape adhesion tightness as standard. (Optionally, different banding dispensers may be applied on the system for the use of wider bands.)
- Box Magazine Mechanism: Box magazine part on the system allows the placement of 100 boxes as standard. As the system receives the boxes in the magazine, box flow is provided with the box printing system in magazine part. Thus, box feeding is performed automatically on the system. Besides, when the box level decreases, the system gives warning thanks to alarm system in box magazine part and new boxes are fed to magazine part before the boxes in magazine part finish without stopping the system. Thus, production continues without interrupting the packaging system operation. (Optionally, the capacity of the magazine part can be increased.)
- Security Mechanisms: Security doors are used on the system to prevent the injuries during the operation. Security doors are transparent to see inside the machine easily and follow the operation, and made of flexible materials to prevent breaking and injuries. When the security doors are opened during the operation, key switches on the doors are opened and the operation circuit is broken and the system automatically stops. Besides, there are emergency stop buttons on the system which can be easily accessed from everywhere.
Control Panel Features:
- Production of desired number of box: Desired number of box production can be entered through the operator panel. When the system finished the production numbers, it automatically stops.
- Production follow-up: Production quantities, operation time, performance values, failure and stopping reports can be viewed on the operator panel.
- Consumption material follow-up: System automatically controls the box quantity in magazine and the box sealing tape amount used for banding the lower cover. When there is decrease in levels or box sealing tape can not be adhered properly, audible and visual alarm is given automatically.
 
 
BOX CARRYING CONVEYORS
System Description:
Box carrying conveyor belts on the system is designed to carry the boxes received from box preparation machine to box placement robot and the boxes filled here to box closing/banding machine.
There is a mechanism on the system where the boxes with missing products will be separated and a suspension station with reel for minimum 3 boxes to prevent their falling.
System Features:
- Size Setting: Size setting is manually made for different sized products on the system. Size setting systems are provided with buttress screw driven roller bearings moving on the induction pin to shorten the size changing times and ensure ease of movement
- Control: System control is automatically made by the product placement robot. After the production begins, product and configuration control is made through the sensors on the system, and the operation control is provided in line with the signals received from the robot. System operates full-automatically.

3.5. TKB-70-A AUTOMATIC BOX CLOSING/BANDING MACHINE
System Description:
Box closing and banding mechanism on the system ensures that upper covers of the boxes with products placed inside from product placement robot and open upper covers are closed in piston-driven upper cover closing system and then upper covers are banded in upper cover banding mechanism. System communicates with the previous systems and operates full-automatically.
System Features:
Box Size Setting: Size setting is manually made for different sized boxes on the system. Size setting systems are provided with buttress screw driven roller bearings moving on the induction pin to shorten the size changing times and ensure ease of movement
Control: System control and operation is PLC-supported.
Action Mechanisms: System box upper rear cover closing action is performed with 1 mechanical crank lever supported piston. Crank lever supports on the system ensure that mechanical actions are faster are more stable, and shorten the piston movement way and reduce the air consumption. Closing the upper front covers and side covers with cover bender guides designed properly for every box.
