The body of the machine belonging to the bag maker group has been specialy designed and the body is 80 mm thicknes ,Steel plates are machined precisely on CNC machines. The towing group carier body which holds the unwinder units is 50 mm.
INTRODUCTION
The GERMA series Roll fed square bottom paper bag machine is designed to manufacture square bottom paper bags from a paper roll in blank or printed paper, side gluing, tube forming, tube cutting, bottom creasing, bottom gluing, bottom froming and final product out feed are all completed in a single run, making this machine ideal for the production of 40 gsm to 160 gsm paper bags.
It is also ideal equipmenet for making paper bags for food, shooping bags and other commonly used paper bags types. The machine uses German machinerey manufacturing technology and ideas, including a a high speed movement of the central control systme (CPU) control,
Touch screen display, and servo system adjustable bag lenght, all in order to produce bags in different specifications.
Costumer can request a servo window die cutting and film patching unit. Two ply unit, added to the GERMA-260 Roll fed production machine in order to produce see through window bags, offering clients better value for theri Money
• The Roll fed square bottom paper bag machine is equipped with a Japanase OMRON Servo system and SICK photocell for correction, so that users can accurate trach printed material, and minimize adjustment and pre-set times.
• It is equipped with a OMRON electric control system and OMRON MOTION CONTROLLER (CPU) This achieves an integration of an optical fiber in order to achieve a high speed and high precision, motion control and production flow tes with a touch screen display, the operation functions are clear, and feature a great humen to machine interface
• Equipemed with a tansion system and automatic WEB correction system, this paper bag production machine can reduce waste and imprrove efficiency
• With servo motor adjustable forming plate, there is no need for individualr formers. This also allows for a faster change between different bag sizes
• The automatic fault alarm, equipped with paper web detector, avoids damage to the machine caused by paper jams.
• It is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system and timing quantitative lubrication
• The vacuum assisted main drum allows for better control during bag bottom formation
• Two Sets off reel stand section are equipped with an italian RE tansion System and German SICK WEB guiding system in order to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• The two ply paper bag machine can produce bags with offset bottom slitting.
