The energy consumption is lower due to its high speed and precision. Produce Ceiling T-bar profiles. Produced Ceiling T-bar profiles according to EN 14195 standards. The line runs from the coils. Reel tool change time is short.

2. Hydraulic automatic stop to cut-off device :
Design with hydraulic power system, easy operation and keeping stead-going. Cut-off blade use the material of SKD11, vacuum heat treatment,
Hardness up to HRC 58-61°, wear-resistance, good rigid structure and long life. Products length : 1M – 3.0M (or more), length can be adjustable.
Length tolerance within ±3.0mm.
