Forming roll transmitting system : Each step with one of worm gear reducer, turning simultaneously.
Forming line speed :
600mm/2ft : Max. 50 PCs/ min. Quick or slow speed can be adjusted.
1200Mm/4ft : Max. 25 PCs/min. Quick or slow speed can be adjusted. Hydraulic automatic punching & cut-off device :
Design with hydraulic power system, easy operation and keeping stead-going. Punching die use the material of SKD11, vacuum heat treatment,
Hardness up to HRC 58-61°, wear-resistance, good rigid structure and long life. Products length : 600mm/2ft or 1200mm/4ft .
Length tolerance within ±0.2mm.

B. UNCOILER FOR PRE-PAINTED STEEL : 1 UNIT
1. Loading capacity : 250 Kgs
2. Coil specification : O.D. 1,200 mm.I.D. 480 – 510 mm. Plate width : 50 mm.
3. By hand to tighten the coil.
4. Driven by the forming machine.
C. COLD ROLL FORMING MACHINE : 1 UNIT
1. Model : G-240-L type. (Fixed type)
2. Forming steps : 16 stations with entry guide stand.
3. The main machine base is assembled by high-strength steel with precise welding
treatment. Each steps with one worm gear reducer, turning simultaneously.
4. Main driven motor : 10 HP motor with 10HP inverter .
5. Forming rollers : one full set. (For AS-1340; cross Tee 28*24)
6. Forming line speed :
600mm/2FT : Max. 50 PCs/ min. Quick or slow speed can be adjusted.
1200mm/4FT : Max. 25 PCs/min. Quick or slow speed can be adjusted.
7. Roll shaft : φ40mm, use S45C material.
8. Rolls: use the material SKD11 with vacuum heat treatment,
Hardness up to HRC 58-61°, wear-resistance, good rigid structure and long life.
