SUGAR POWDER MILL (MKPD-1000)
*Sugar Powder Mill is designed to make sugar powder with grinding cristal sugar.
*Production Capacity: 650-1000 kg/hour, the capacity may change according to the desired micron value.
*Our machine has compact design up on one chassis and it has railed cover system.
*Sugar pouring hopper is produced by Cr-Ni 304 stainless steel and it has sieve system up on it.
*The spiral system transfers the sugar to grinding hopper and it can be controlled by level sensor. *Hoppers,spiral,shaft,pipes,spiral transfer and spiral output motor has produced by Cr-Ni 304 stainless steel. *Grinding motor's turning part has bear lubrication system and water cooling system.Water cooling system can automatically controlled by water valve.
*Grinding part has been produced by special steel.
*Grinding part has valve to adjust amount of sugar powder.
*Product's micron particules are;%80 of the sugar powder is less than 80 micron ,%20 of the sugar powder is between 80 and 140 micron.
*To product's output part; the automatic transfer system can be added from sugar powder mill to other machines.

Has the feature of transforming into the  electric heater with
serpentine and steamy water circulation pump system
Has owen crni pump and owen installation to the preparing tank.
Has a tank for melting the blockes of vegetable oil (margarine)

The water is heated between 60c-80c by electrical resistance                         
and circulated by heat exchange.               
This is ensuring melting of the margarine blocks and the melted oil is collected
 in this double-jacketed tank.

CHOCOLATE DROP DEPOSITOR (MKCD-100)
Drop chocolate line consists of depositor and cooling tunnel 18 meters. The surfaces of the machine which contacting the food is manufactured of Cr-Ni stainless steel and its 95 cm wide moving band is specially produced for the drop.
Because of the PLC and touch screen control panel on the machine, product weight of the both depositors can also be adjusted independently of each other on the screen.
Desired adjustment of height can be made for moulding purpose of the product.
