This oven is indirect heat type oven. The air heated in Combustion Chamber by a burner using Natural gas is circulate in special channels of the Tunnel Oven by a fan.
Due to the special design of the oven, the product is never coming in touch with burned gases during baking. The product is being baked during running forward in the Baking Tunnel without touching the burned gases. The heating for baking the product is indirect heat.
The elements used in the structure of the Tunnel are made of high heat resistance Chrome - Nickel Steels & Carbon Steel.
The baking rooms of the oven are isolated entirely by a nun-conductive isolation material.
The steel belt has a securing precaution system against the slipping. This is an automatic regulating system to prevent the belt from slipping left or right.
This belt speed can be regulated between 2 m / min - 7 m / min.
The total length of the oven is 32 meter consisted of 2 units. The belt wideness in the units is 100 cm. and length is 16 meter in each unit.
The outer surface of the oven is entirely closed with furnaced paint covering sheets.
The heat of the oven can be regulated automatically between 100°C - 350°C.
Materials which are used in the production comply with international foodstuff specifications.
