SYRUP TANK (500 LT. / DOUBLE JACKET) (BSM300)
It is a tank entirely made of stainless steel alloy for preparing invert syrup solution made by boiling the mixture of water, sugar, and citric acid in this tank.It is heated from bottom by natural gas for boiling the ingredients. A driving group consisting of 1,1 kw motor linked with 60 cycle / minute reductor mix the ingredients during boiling. A pump located under this tank pumps the Invert Syrup to the resting tank.

Mixer motor power: 1,1 kw.

OIL MELTING AND RESTING UNIT (BSM302)
It is a tank for melting and resting the blocks of vegetable oil (margarine) packed in 20 kg pack each to be able to be used in the processing. The water is heated between 60ºC - 80ºC by electrical resistance and circulated by heat exchanger. This is ensuring melting of the margarine blocks and the melted oil is collected in this double-jacketed tank.
The tank is entirely made of stainless steel. It has a cover which can be opened easily with the shock absorber. The water temperature can be regulated in any desired degree by an electronic thermometer and the circulation can be done. Its capacity for stoking oil is 500 kg. The total used resistance is 9000 of watts.
The desired quantity of oil is discharged from this tank to the mixer by the dosing pump. The power of Dosing Pump is 0.25 kw.
