Machine body is easy to carry thanks to its robust structure and centering elements required for assembly of block frames and offers quick installation.
Drawing heads, rolling mill boxes, drive motors, water feeding pipes, return coolant pipes, oil level indicators, safety caps are mounted to the body.
Drawing heads are GGG 70 nodular cast iron.  
Drawing belt surface is HARD FILLING coated.
Drawing heads and rolling mill housing are cooled by cooling water. 
Motor power depends on the diameter of wire to be drawn and the material structure.
Ac motors are controlled by inverters having torque control release technique.
Power transmission is made by belt and pulleys to specially designed reducers.
Motors are mounted at the back of the body vertically with a mechanism providing easy belt tension.
There is dynamic braking system on each motor for emergency and normal stops.

BELL TYPE TWO-STATION ELECTRICAL WIRE ANNEALING FURNACE (F2ÇT)
GENERAL  FEATURES:
Outer body of the furnace is steel construction to serve for long years.
Furnace is manufactured with 2 baskets. Basket brackets are mounted on the floor at certain intervals and Furnace stops by all baskets thanks to four-motion mechanism.
The furnace moves upwards and downwards by reducer and screw. For the insulation of the furnace, fiberglass board is applied to first 3 layers, and Fiber Blanket is coated on the subsequent layers. Silicone gasket is placed on the furnace mouth circle to provide atmosphere control. Gasket is long-lasting thanks to water channels. Vacuum system and nitrogen gas compression system is applied to the Baskets on demand.
