It has a double jacketed chocolate hopper inside, and a pump ensuring the chocolate circulation, with reinforcement chocolate continuously in 40˚C - 45˚C of temperature.
Its hoe for turning over the chocolate prevents the chocolate from agglomeration in specific zones.
Bottom coating trough is used for coating the bottom of the product. There is a “Fin Removing Apparatus” getting its motion from separate motor for removing fins remain on the back of the products.
Its motor power is 0,25 kw and of 1480 cycle / minute.
The water inside the boiler wall of the “double jacketed chocolate boiler” of the chocolate coating machine, and the water of “Boiler Drum” located on top, are heated together by electrical resistances. It is possible to adjust the heat by the Thermo-Control device located on the electrical panel.
It is possible to check-up the temperature of the medium of the machine by two electrical resistances existing in the machine.
It is possible to adjust steplessly the speeds of the stainless steel wire belt and the speed of chocolate pump.
The machine is supported with a safety system to prevent both of the stainless steel wire belt and the chocolate pump from working unless the chocolate in the “chocolate hopper” reach’s a specific temperature.
The stainless steel wire belt and chocolate agitating apparatus are receiving their motion from 1, 5 kW, 40 cycle / minute motor and reductor.
The chocolate pump is receiving its motion from 1, 1 kW, 80 cycle / minute motor and reductor.
The thickness of the chocolate layer over the “chocolate coated products” is being adjusted by a “Snail Fan” located on the machine. Its motor power is 0, 25 kW, 2.800 cycle / minute.
