THICKENED MILK PREPARING UNIT ()
It is a mixer consisting of a stainless trough and agitating element, used for preparing condensed milk for caramel formulation.

THICKENED MILK STOCK TANK ()
It is a double jacketed stainless steel tank, has hot water circulation of 60ºC. It is used for stocking the prepared condensed milk.
Capacity: 150 lt.
Motor Power: 1.1 kw.
Dimensions : Ø 800 X 1500 mm.
CARAMEL COOKING TANK ()
It is a double jacketed completely stainless steel tank used for cooking and preparing caramel.
Capacity: 200 lt.
Motor Power: 2.2 kw.
Pressure Endurability: Tested to maximum 9 barr steam pressure
CARAMEL COOLING TANK ()
It is a stainless steel cooling tank used for cooling the caramel which is at a temperature of 60ºC to be suitable to be feeded to “Caramel Resting Tank”.
The tank is being connected to water network to be cooled to 20ºC - 24ºC.

Pump Power: 1.1 kw (a pump of stainless cogwheels).
CARAMEL RESTING TANK ()
It is a double jacketed stainless steel tank for pumping the caramel which is at 60ºC to the “Caramel Forming Machine”.
It is keeping the caramel continuously at 60ºC by hot water circulation.

ALBUMEN SOLUTION MIXER ()

It is a double jacketed, completely stainless steel tank with agitator, and its wall heating is thermo-controlled.

AIROMIX ()
It is a mixer providing the nougat dough by mixing of the CMC dough and Albumen solution   syrup.
It is made of stainless steel endurable for 8 bar air compression.
Nougat is inflated (aired) by using stirrers in the airomix.
The Airomix is driven by a 5 Kw. Motor whichs speed is adjustable.
VOLUMETRIC WEIGHTING AUTOMATIC PUMPING SYSTEM ()
BAR FORMING MACHINE ()
It is a double jacketed cylinders group of which open’s the bar dough prepared for nougat to 600 mm wideness sheets.
These double jacketed cylinders are of 800 mm and 600 mm diameter, and a fluid cooled around (-8˚C) and (-12˚C) is being circulated inside them.
It is possible to adjust the capacity of the plant by adjusting the speed of the “Bar Forming Machine”.
Practically, adjustment of the speed is being steplessly.
Capacity: It is convenient to treat 500 kg / h of Bar.
Motor Power: 2.2 kw.
Outlet cycle for reductor: 10 cycle / minute.
CARAMEL FORMING MACHINE ()
It is a cylinder for bringing the prepared caramel to a film shape of 2 mm and 5 mm of thickness, and 600 mm of wideness, and to let it spread over the nougat.
This cylinder is double jacketed, 800 mm in diameter, and a fluid cooled around (-8˚C) and (-12˚C) is being circulated inside it.
Motor Power: 1.1 kw.
Outlet cycle for reductor: 10 cycle / minute.
CALIBRATION MACHINE ()
It is a cylinder adjusting the final thickness of the nougat which came to the machine as a thick dough by crushing the dough from top to adjust its final thickness.
It is double jacketed cylinder of 600 mm diameter. It receive’s its motion from the engine group of the Cooling Tunnel.
Capacity: It is convenient to treat 500 kg / h.     
Motor Power: 1.5 kw.
CHILLER COOLING GROUP ()
It is a unit for preparing and circulating the cooling fluid necessary for “Bar Forming Unit”.
This unit prepare’s cooling fluid between (-10˚C) and (-15˚C) of temperature spaces.
Capacity: 500 lt / h of cooling fluid (30.000 kcal).
Motor Power: 10 kw.
COOLING TUNNEL (60cm. x 18m.) ()
It is a Cooling Tunnel with a band of 60cm. wideness and 18m. length.
It is possible to adjust the speed of the band between 2 m / minute and 7 m / minute.
The covers are able to be open for cleaning.
Cooling Power: 30.000 kcal.
Total necessary Power : 10 kw.
LONGITUALLY CUTTING MACHINE ( WICK ) ()
This machine is made for longitudinally cutting the nougat which has cooled in Cooling Tunnel and become harden, in desired sizes.
It has inlet band, outlet band, and 200 mm diameter disc knives. After the nougat dough cutted longitudinally in desired sizes, the spaces between nougat dough pieces are opened before they enter the guillotine.
This treatment is especially necessary for chocolate coating.
Necessary Power: 1.5 kw.
Capacity: It is convenient to treat 500 kg / h.
SEPERATING BELT ()

It is an apparatus used for opening the spaces between the bars, and has joined with the Longitudinal Cutting Machine

CROSSWISE CUTTING MACHINE ( GILLOTINE ) ()
It is completely mechanical machine used for cutting Bar Cords crosswise in desired lengths after they have been cut longitudinally and their interspaces have been opened and brought to cord shape.
During the up and down motion of the knife, the accumulation of bars at the moment of cutting is prevented by an eccentric rod ensuring the swinging at the same time.
It is possible to adjust the speed of the machine electrically. By this way, getting bars during production in desired length has been ensured in very easiest way.
It is possible also to adjust the speed of the inlet band and the outlet band of the guillotine knife separately.

CHOCOLATE STOCK TANK ()
It is a double jacketed tank to keep the temperature of the melted chocolate between 40ºC - 45ºC. It has a stirrer and a pump for hot water circulation.
Capacity: 500 lt.
Motor Power: 1.5 kw.
CHOCOLATE COATING MACHINE (1m.) ()
It is completely a stainless steel machine for chocolate coating in desired weight and thickness over nougat which came in bar form.
It has a double jacketed chocolate hopper inside, and a pump ensuring the chocolate circulation, with reinforcement chocolate continuously in 40˚C - 45˚C of temperature.
Its hoe for turning over the chocolate prevents the chocolate from agglomeration in specific zones.
Bottom coating trough is used for coating the bottom of the product. There is a “Fin Removing Apparatus” getting its motion from separate motor for removing fins remain on the back of the products.
Its motor power is 0,25 kw and of 1480 cycle / minute.
The water inside the boiler wall of the “double jacketed chocolate boiler” of the chocolate coating machine, and the water of “Boiler Drum” located on top,  are heated together by electrical resistances. It is possible to adjust the heat by the Thermo-Control device located on the electrical panel.
 It is possible to check-up the temperature of the medium of the machine by two electrical resistances existing in the machine.
It is possible to adjust steplessly the speeds of the stainless steel wire belt and the speed of chocolate pump.
The machine is supported with a safety system to prevent both of the stainless steel wire belt and the chocolate pump from working unless the chocolate in the “chocolate hopper” reach’s a specific temperature.
The stainless steel wire belt and chocolate agitating apparatus are receiving their motion from 1, 5 kW, 40 cycle / minute motor and reductor.
The chocolate pump is receiving its motion from 1, 1 kW, 80 cycle / minute motor and reductor.
The thickness of the chocolate layer over the “chocolate coated products” is being adjusted by a “Snail Fan” located on the machine. Its motor power is 0, 25 kW, 2.800 cycle / minute.
COOLING TUNNEL (1m. x 12m.) ()
It is a Cooling Tunnel with a band of 1m. wideness and 12m. length. It is possible to adjust the speed of the band between 2 m / minute and 7 m / minute.The Tunnel is made completely from stainless steel and It’s band has an automatic adjusting mechanism for its safety.
The covers are able to be opened for cleaning.
Cooling Power 30.000 kcal.
