Resistant machine de traitement de pâte  avec des fours de chariots rotatifs, les installations pour tous les types de carburant (gaz naturel, GNL, GPL, diesel, mazout, etc.) en travaillant de façon transparente fournit à l'utilisateur  le carburant le plus économique et un bon fonctionnement.  L'automation est extrêmement facile à utiliser. Selon l'emplacement ainsi que des options, et selon la capacité de pain les options d'usine sont disponibles dans différentes m2. Il n'y a pas besoin de personnel qualifié. La consommation de carburant est très faible. Les petits espaces prévoient la production de pain plus économique grâce à l'automatisation.

FOUR A CHARIOT ROTATIF (ROTA 810)
Rota est un four à pain à échangeur de chaleur, à circulation d’air forcée avec un chariot de kebab tournant. La chambre de cuisson et les éléments de la carrosserie extérieure sont fabriqués en acier inoxydable de qualité 304  le plus résistant à la chaleur élevée  et l’échangeur de  chaleur de qualité 310.  Rota est le résultat de la mise en œuvre  de toutes les branches de l’ingénierie pour une production, la plus efficace possible, à la fois de pain de divers types et des produits pâtissiers.
Le fait qu’il soit conçu en quatre dimensions différentes lui permet de répondre aux besoins des établissements de petites, moyennes et grandes tailles.  Grâce au système de circulation d’air et aux générateurs de vapeur spécialement conçus (dû à l’emplacement particulier de la chambre de cuisson),  un gonflement stable, une augmentation en volume et  une parfait cuisson des produits sont obtenus par la distribution équilibrée de l’air chaud et de la vapeur dans tous les points de la chambre de cuisson.
Il est mis à la disposition des boulangers pour un usage continu même dans des situations extrêmes grâce à ses générateurs de vapeur de haute qualité et son échangeur de chaleur de haute efficacité fabriqué en acier inoxydable de qualité 310.  
Les dimensions de la plaque sont de 80*100 cm.  Le four est fabriqué entièrement en acier inoxydable de qualité 304 à l’exception de la cabine d’hypocauste.  La cabine d’hypocauste est  fabriquée en acier inoxydable de qualité 310. L’isolation du fond du four contre la chaleur. Système de rotation à réducteur infini. Générateur de vapeur à système à bille. Une cuisson plus équilibrée. Particularité de mouvements à droite et à gauche pendant la cuisson. Brûleur au gaz naturel de marque Italienne Riello, (chaque four a une capacité de 350 baguettes par heure, le calcul de la capacité est basé sur une durée de cuisson de 25 mn.)

VDD series cutting machine which carries out volumetrically cutting transaction cuts the dough without crumpling and compressing.  It provides that the dough is cut in desired grammage thanks to movement of the piston in the cylinder. IPP series Dough Maturing Machine is produced in 6 different capacities in accordance with maturing duration and the area in which the machine will take place.  Furthermore, it is provided the fact that the dough is transferred to long molder machine in also earlier durations, if desired, by adding an exit band, in order to make the machine more productive in accordance with variabilities within the maturing period of the dough in different sorts.  It is provided that the dough enters into the machine during the first input of the dough into the machine regularly without falling by using band system with sensor.
Entrance and exit directions of Dough Maturing Machine can be arranged arbitrarily.  For easy cleaning, the plastic nets, suitable for food, that can be removed and inserted, whenever desired, are used.  The plastic nets were produced in such a manner that can carry the doughs with 100-1500 gr range. It is available in UV light machine-standard.  Whole of the machine was made of stainless-steel sheet and angle.

LMM series dough Molder Machines are manufactured in two different variations for different types of doughs as with 1 or 2 compression tables.   The first spreading of the dough are carried out by passing through two or four rollers because of different types of doughs.   Spring-loaded scraping system is available to prevent the sticking of dough to the rollers.  Roller adjustment can be changed between 0-30 mm without any stage.  Compression plates can be adjusted according to different grammage doughs. It is an independence system which is isolated from outer environment conditions and provides the fact that the dough that had prepared for production of bread and put into the pans develops and grows before baking. It is made of polyurethane panels covered with stainless-steel sheet in order it to protect the temperature balance and produced in desired sizes and installed easily.  I can be produced in desired sizes.
It is consisted of two sections such as heating and moistening. The fact that the system works between 00C and +400C can be provided by attaching cooling unit, if desired. Thanks to this, it was obtained the fact that previously prepared doughs can wait up to 18 hours without losing their characteristics.
