The olives spilling onto the feding banda re fed accordin to the speed of the olive pitting machine. The olives removed from the pips are carried from the pip ramoval machine into the densimeter cauldron through transfer band. Olives that are not removed from the pips are caught here, and the olives are washed as particularized. Washed olives fall onto the selected manually. The refular ones carry on moving on the same band and fed into the slicing machine. After being well sliced in the slicing machine, the finally fall onto the vibratör machine here. The unwanted remains and little tip parts are separeted from the regular slices

OLIVE PITTING MACHINE WITH 12 KNIVES (TM 01)
This machine designed to remove the olive pips in any kind is produced with 12 knives. It is enable to process the max 2100 olives /sec. The machine is designed electronic controlled in order to adjust the speed upon request. Completely stainless steel and quality engineering plastics are used in the production of those machines. Thanks to the qualified lubrication system, the abrasion defects are reduced at minimum level thus healthy and long life of machines can be offered to the consumers.

DENSIMETER GROUP (TM16)
Densimeter group is consisting of 3 different machines. The equipment is running with the pip remover.
C- TRANSFER (CONVEYOR) BAND: It transfers the seedless olive to the densimeter in order to enable the olives washed.
D- DENSIMETER BOILER: Olives of which the pips are not removed before and the other particles are eliminated in this boiler in order to separate the seedless olives from those defected ones thanks to the density difference. Olives are washed and fall onto the selection band. Pips are easily removed with By-Pass system.
E- SELECTION BAND: Washed olives are transferred onto this band and the defected ones are selected and separated by hand. It is a lightened band and has three divisions. Selected olives are transferred by a different division of the band.

SLICING MACHINE (TM09)
The slicing machine is designed to slice the olives in the same form and thickness once the pips are removed.  Depending on the olive quality, it is possible to obtain the good quality of slicing by 95%. It is prevented to give the damage by the olives of which the pips are not removed and those olives are separated by the machine in order not to mix those with the sliced olives. The machine is completely produced in the quality of stainless including the drums coated with special rubber. Every component is designed to resist against the abrasion thus a healthy and practical operation of the machine is ensured.

VIBRATOR (TM32)
Vibrator machine separates the small tip parts and the remains of the sliced olives from the smooth slices. Additionally, it is used for the sieving of other goods.  This machine is manufactured from stainless material and has two vibration engines. Furthermore the machine allows the separation of the smallest particles thanks to the shower system.  It operates noiselessly and practically.

Üzerinde çeşitli ürünlerin seçilebileceği bu bant ihtiyaca göre farklı boylarda imal edilebilmektedir.
